Really fun experience and such a beautiful sunrise on Lion’s Head this morning! Zunaid was a great guide and was really helpful through some of the trickier sections, making the whole hike feel relaxed and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend Cape Hiking Experience if you’re visiting Cape Town!

I had an amazing experience with Cape Hiking Experience on Thursday. The Lion’s Head sunset hike was definitely worth it. The views were incredible and seeing Cape Town light up at night was something special! Zunaid was an amazing guide and made sure I had everything I needed, from water and snacks to a headlamp for the way down. He also shared some interesting history and stories along the way. I’d definitely love to try another hike with Cape Hiking Experience!

Having a local guide made the experience even more special. Jean-Michel knew the mountain inside out and somehow seemed to know almost everyone we passed along the way. It made navigating the trail feel so much more comfortable and safe than going alone.

It was a cool morning, but that somehow made the climb even more enjoyable. Beautiful views, a little adventure, and watching the sunrise from the mountain, definitely an experience I’ll remember being 10,000 miles away from home.

Really enjoyed my sunrise hike with Cape Hiking Experience this morning. Jean Michel picked me up two hours before sunrise and made sure I felt safe and comfortable throughout. Great guide, beautiful views and definitely worth the early start. I’d happily recommend them to anyone visiting Cape Town.

Had a great experience hiking Lion’s Head in Cape Town myself and my wife done the Sunrise hike. The views along the way were incredible, and it was definitely one of the highlights

Zunaid was a really good guide friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He made sure we were comfortable throughout the hike and shared some interesting information about the mountain and the surrounding area.

I really enjoyed the experience and would happily recommend Cape Hiking Experience to anyone wanting to do a guided Lion’s Head hike.

I had an absolutely amazing evening hike up Lion's Head with Cape Hiking Experience! Our guide was incredible and knew the trail perfectly. He time estimations at every single point were spot on.We did an evening hike and watched a beautiful sunset from the top. As it got dark, our guide even provided us with headlamps for the walk down, which was so helpful. It was a perfectly organized, amazing trip from start to finish. I highly recommend them!

Had a really great experience hiking Lion’s Head at sunset with Zunaid from Cape Hiking Experience. He was friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole hike feel relaxed and enjoyable. The pace was good, and he shared some interesting information about the mountain along the way without making it feel like a scripted tour.

The sunset views were incredible and definitely made the hike worth it. Zunaid also made sure we were comfortable and safe throughout. Would definitely recommend Cape Hiking Experience if you’re looking for a guided hike in Cape Town.

As a family of five, we had the pleasure of being guided by the incredible Zunaid on a hike from Cecelia to Kirstenbosch. The kids absolutely loved every moment of the adventure! The weather was perfect, the company was even better, and to top it all off, Zunaid surprised us with a delicious fresh coffee along the way.

This is one of those experiences that words can't fully capture—you simply have to experience it for yourself.

Wow! What an incredible and epic hike up to table mountain with our guide Zunaid Baba @capehikingexperience! We did a sunrise hike via plattekloof gorge and even though the trail was daunting at times, Zunaid's patience, encouragement and guidance throughout the entire journey was extremely motaivating and very much appreciated! His knowledge about the mountain's history was a great added touch as well, keeping the experience even more interesting! And all this whilst experiencing the most breath taking views up the trail!! We even got to see a mountain goat 🐐!! Thank you at capehikingexperience for such an awesome adventure! Definitely looking forward to our next hike!

What a memorable experience with Cape Hiking Experience. I always wanted to hike Table Mountain and they made it possible. A big shout out to Zunaid for being a great guide and for being patient with me while I cramped up but with his help I managed to tick off Table Mountain from my Bucket List.

I had an incredible hike with Cape Hiking Experience. It was my first time hiking up Table Mountain, and Zunaid made it a memorable hike. He is a very knowledgeable and experienced guide. A few members of our group had some difficulty coming up the mountain, and Zunaid had patience and offered great assistance in getting everyone up safely.
The freshly brewed coffee that we were given once we reached the summit was a cherry on top. Would highly recommended Cape Hiking Experience for your next hike.

I had an incredible Cape hiking experience with Zunaid on the Skeleton Gorge route. He’s a fantastic guide — knowledgeable, calm, and always safety-focused, which made the hike both enjoyable and stress-free. He checked in regularly, set a great pace, and even treated me to a well-timed coffee break which a great fresh expresso that was very much appreciated! The views, the experience, and the guidance were all top-notch. I’ll definitely be booking my next hike with him soon. Highly recommended!

I went on a hike at Harold Porter Nature Reserve with Zunaid Baba, who I can confirm is the most charismatic tour guide I’ve ever been with. I came here from Australia, considering Cape Town has the most nature diversity I’ve seen, and exploring this in the form of a hike with Zunaid was amazing. He always checked in my group, ensuring our safety, happiness and comfort and made witty jokes through the rough bits, which never failed to bring a giggle out of us. 10/10 experience, I would recommend to anyone looking for a tour guide!

We did the Sunset Lion’s Head hike with Cape Hiking Experience on December 8th and it was absolutely unforgettable. I recently booked the India Venster hike with Cape Hiking Experience, guided by Zunaid, and it was absolutely phenomenal. From start to finish, the experience was professional, safe, and truly memorable. Zunaid is extremely knowledgeable about the route, the mountain, and the history of Table Mountain, which added so much value to the hike.

He made sure everyone felt comfortable and confident throughout, constantly checking in and adjusting the pace where needed. The views were breathtaking, and the route was both adventurous and rewarding. Safety was clearly a top priority, which gave me peace of mind on a more technical trail like India Venster.
